The Stellenbosch University Surgical Society

The Stellenbosch University Surgical Society (SUSS) is a society hosted on the Tygerberg Campus of Stellenbosch University.

Although COVID-19 has brought various obstacles to our society, we have adapted and restructured our normal functioning to provide the best surgical exposure a student can get while keeping things interesting with the occasional competition and social event!

Our YouTube channel has some of the talks we’ve previously hosted and provide for an interesting watch on any day!

  • Operation Smile (Surgery is provided to children with cleft lips/palates).
