Mohana Raj Thanapal is a Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon at Hospital Kuala Lumpur, where he has practiced since 2019. He holds a Master of Surgery from Universiti Malaya and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (England). As part of the Malaysian Colorectal Subspecialty programme, he completed an Overseas Colorectal Fellowship in the United Kingdom and subsequently undertook a clinical attachment at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Australia. His primary clinical interests include the management of locally advanced colorectal cancer and colorectal cancer in young patients.
