Dr. Óscar Alejandro Romero Argüello is a third-year general surgery resident at the Saltillo University Hospital. He holds a Master’s degree in Multidisciplinary Health Research from the Autonomous University of Coahuila. A dedicated physician combining surgical training with a strong academic foundation in health research.
