IASSS Jordan is honoured to host Dr. Tareq Al-Tamimi, a leading Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with subspecialty expertise in Sports Medicine, for the fourth episode of our impactful series, “Insider on a Surgeon’s Experience in Gaza.”

Dr. Al-Tamimi returned from Gaza, where he volunteered amid one of the region’s most intense ongoing conflicts. There, he provided orthopaedic and trauma care to civilians under life-threatening conditions, addressing complex injuries with minimal resources and under constant pressure.
