The UCT Surgical Society is based at the University of Cape Town in South Africa.

The UCT Surgical Society is a student-run society affiliated with the Department of Surgery at Groote Schuur Hospital. The society was established in April 2006 by a group of 7 UCT medical students and is now one of the largest UCT societies, with a membership of over 700.
